Refund Policy

In the rare instance that your order is constructed incorrectly or shows a defect as outlined by our cosmetic standard, Sawdust & Splinters will repair or replace the furniture and resolve the issue. Our pieces are made from solid wood, which may have its own natural imperfections, and are crafted using distressing techniques, reclaimed methods, or a circle sawn appearance. These unique, handmade characteristics are not considered defects. For details, please refer to our cosmetic standards in our FAQ. Additionally, we will repair or replace any items damaged during transit, provided the damage is noted correctly upon delivery as per our instructions. Due to the significant costs involved in manufacturing, packaging, and shipping, we do not offer returns or refunds for buyer’s remorse.
